sccloud.get_filter_stats(data)[source]¶ Calculate filtration stats on cell barcodes and genes, respectively.
- Parameters
data (
anndata.AnnData) – Annotated data matrix with rows for cells and columns for genes.- Return type
Tuple[DataFrame,DataFrame]- Returns
df_cells (
pandas.DataFrame) – Data frame of stats on cell filtration.df_genes (
pandas.DataFrame) – Data frame of stats on gene filtration.
